The Education Finance Council (EFC), an association of nonprofit and state-based student loan providers, provides college planning information geared towards those parts of Military and National Guard, youth from foster care, runaway and homeless youth, students with disabilities, blind and visually impaired students, Spanish speaking students, adult learners, and aspiring teachers.
